A curated directory of the best HOA and community association software for volunteer boards and self-managed communities, with honest notes on fees, unit-count fit, and affiliate links.
Most HOA software roundups flatten every product into five stars and a “top pick.” Boards then buy a CAM platform they cannot operate, or a dues app they mistake for accounting.
PickHOA is a curated directory. Listings include who the product is for (self-managed board, professional CAM, or both), a unit-count band, qualitative pricing notes, and explicit pros and cons. Featured placement is editorial, not a paid slot.
What we will not do
- Invent star ratings, review counts, or live commission amounts.
- Treat a dues ledger as fund accounting.
- Hide affiliate relationships. Disclosure sits in the header and footer.
