Condo Control is what you buy when the building has a desk, a gym, and a package room — not when the crisis is reserve commingling. Announcements, amenity reservations, visitors, and security-adjacent workflows are the product’s center.
CAMs should assume they still need a real accounting system (Buildium, CINC, Enumerate, AppFolio, or a specialist). Self-managed boards under 100 units with no amenities will usually be better served by PayHOA-class tools. If a demo leads with “resident experience” and shrugs at the general ledger, believe it.
Best for
Condos and HOAs (usually 100+ units or professionally managed) where amenities, packages, visitors, and announcements are the daily work.
