Enumerate

Enumerate (formerly TOPS) is here so this directory does not pretend every product is an app. CAMs still buy it because the general ledger is the point: funds, assessments, reports a CPA recognizes. That is the differentiator versus Vantaca (newer OS) and AppFolio (rental-plus-HOA): Enumerate is GL-first and historically heavier in the back office than in the owner phone.

Volunteer boards should not demo it. Management companies comparing “is Buildium real accounting enough?” use Enumerate as the historical benchmark — and often pair it with a resident app (TownSq, Condo Control, FRONTSTEPS-class) if the portal is the complaint.

Best for

Management companies whose buying criterion is association general ledger and fund accounting, not a consumer owner app.
