ManageCasa

HOA operations with a more serious tilt toward accounting and reserves.

Boards and CAMs Flat tier by size 1–2,000 units Some bookkeeping; confirm fund separation

ManageCasa sits between PayHOA-class volunteer tools and CAM platforms. It still talks to self-managed boards, but it leans harder on accounting, reserves, and “you will not immediately outgrow this.”

That is the honest use case: the treasurer who can collect dues in PayHOA but cannot answer “what is in reserves, restricted, as of last month?” If you are a 20-unit neighborhood with annual assessments, this may be more product than you need. If you are 80–300 units and still self-managed, it is a shortlist name.

Best for

Growing self-managed boards — and some small management shops — that have outgrown a dues-only ledger.

Pricing notes

Model is published base plans by unit band, then per-unit as you grow. Payment processing is extra. Markets a reserve-fund module many dues-first tools lack. Verify current plans on their pricing page.
