Perfect HOA

Self-managed operations plus bookkeeping, invoicing, and a community website.

Self-managed boards Flat tier by size 1–325 units Some bookkeeping; confirm fund separation

Perfect HOA is built for the board that is tired of spreadsheets: unit records, invoicing, online payments, violations, architectural requests, documents, and a resident-facing website.

Its accounting pitch is stronger than pure dues collectors — bank/credit-card sync, categorized revenue and expense, and board-ready reports. That still is not the same as a CAM general ledger with full fund accounting. Ask to see reserve balances, bank rec, and year-end exports before you fire QuickBooks. For many sub-100-unit associations, “good enough books plus operations” is the actual requirement.

Best for

Volunteer boards that want invoicing, bank-connected bookkeeping, violations, and a resident website in one vendor.
